IS DUE IN FULL UPON BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. CLIENT WILL BE INVOICED VIA SQUARE AND COMPLETED PAYMENT WILL BE CONFIRMATION OF UPCOMING APPOINTMENT TIME(S). NO CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT OR FURTHER BOOKINGS WILL BE MADE UNTIL INVOICE IS PAID.
E-TRANSFERS CAN BE MADE TO;

***FOR HYPNOTHERAPY APPOINTMENTS THAT EXCEED THE 90 MINUTE TIME FRAME, AN ADDITION OF $75+TAX/HALF HOUR WILL BE DUE AT THE END OF THE SESSION.***

CANCELLATIONS:
24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATIONS. LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE MEANS CLIENT WILL FORFEIT FEE FOR MISSED APPOINTMENT
